Chandra Blumenthal, has been a full time residential broker since 2005. She prides herself in her passion and drive to serve her clients’s best interests at the highest level. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Chandra always dreamed of moving to Colorado. In 1991 she made that dream a reality. Chandra has planted roots and raised her four children in the Arvada area. In her free time, you will find her horseback riding with her daughters, enjoying the mountains hiking and snowboarding with the entire family, and rooting on her favorite football team, the Denver Broncos!

She was a very active honor student as a member of Student Council and President of National Honor Society.
Played in a steal drum orchestra (yes Caribbean calypso music) that recorded multiple records/albums.
Conquered her biggest fear by skydiving to celebrate her 40th birthday.
Her son races motocross and daughter raced junior dragsters. They both inherited Chandra’s love of racing.
Loves the smell of race fuel and burning rubber!
She is caring for her horses in their retirement years and enjoys a quiet summer trail ride on her beloved horse Norm.
Loves the smell of horse manure. “Once a barn girl, always a barn girl”, she says.
Traveling to Italy is a definite bucket list item.
She loves live music of all genres.
Can be found singing in her car on any given day.
